the story behind

#lane4ncsenate

Rooted in rural
north carolina.

Jay Lane is a lifelong North Carolinian, farmer, and small-business minded conservative running for the State Senate to fight for rural communities that have been ignored for too long. Raised with strong values of hard work, faith, and personal responsibility, Jay understands firsthand the challenges facing farmers, working families, and small towns across northeastern North Carolina.

Jay is committed to limited government, lower taxes, protecting constitutional freedoms, and standing up to unelected bureaucrats who make decisions without local input. He believes North Carolina should be leading the South—not drifting left—and that young conservatives must step up to defend the future of our state.

In the Senate, Jay will be a strong voice for agriculture, public safety, parental rights, and fiscal responsibility—putting rural North Carolina first, every time.

A steady voice for

rural North Carolina

Jay Lane is running to make sure rural communities aren’t overlooked — from family farms and fishing communities to schools, small businesses, and law enforcement.

“I grew up in Gates County, went to school in Hertford County, bought my first house in Camden County, and now my wife and I farm together in Camden, Pasquotank, Perquimans, and Currituck. I’m deeply invested in this district.
